Hoa Binh’s projects are completed earlier and on time as the planned progress.

At the end of fiscal year 2017, Hoa Binh has completed, topped out, and handed over many projects on time as planned as committed to the investors.

In particular, in the last months of 2017, Hoa Binh has topped out many projects with earlier progress in HCMC such as The Golden Star Project invested by Hung Loc Phat Real Estate Investment JSC (topped out earlier 6 days);  B1 Block - Tara Residence Project invested by Song Ngoc Garment Limited Company (topped out earlier 7 days);  in Ha Noi such as Spring Apartment Tower - TNR Gold Season project invested by TNR Holding Real Estate Investment and Development JSC (topped out earlier 30 days); 4 blocks of Sunhome 2 Project  in Phu Quoc invested by Sungroup (topped out earlier 6 days). At the topping out ceremony of Tara Residence Project, Mr. Le The Hung – President of the Board of Member of Song Ngoc Garment Limited Company said that: "We are very pleased that our target for Tara Residence comes true today. We highly appreciate and thank to Hoa Binh for the company’s effort and responsibility as our belief in Hoa Binh Construction Group.”

In addition, Hoa Binh has also completed and handed over many projects with the committed quality, technique, and timing such as Vinhomes Central Park - Landmark 4-5-6 (Vingroup); The Tresor, River Gate (Novaland). Currently, Hoa Binh is continuing to implement other projects of Novaland including Sunrise City View, The Park Avenue in Ho Chi Minh City. The projects are handed over with committed timing and quality that helps the investors to deliver the houses to the customers and make the customers happy. Hoa Binh is highly appreciated by the investors and the customers. The financial works of the projects are ensured through handing-over and running the operation of the projects.

From the beginning of the year to the present, Hoa Binh has won the tenders of many projects with the large scale and high requirements such as Evergreen multi-functional residential complex (Tai Nguyen Limited Company) with the contract value of more than VND1,000 billion; Times Garden Vinh Yen Project (Urban Construction and Development JSC) with the contract value of VND2,066 billion; Sheraton Ha Long Bay Hotel Project (Ha Long C.L.U.B.M Hotel JSC) with the contract value of VND1,650 billion; Riviera Point Project (Keppel Land Group) with the contract value of VND1.084 billion; Aeon Mall Ha Dong Project (Aeon mall Vietnam) with the package value of VND2,053 billion.

In 2017, Hoa Binh estimates to achieve VND16,500 billion in revenue, which is 5% higher than the plan; the profit after tax is estimated to exceed 15% - 20% of the plan. The revenue target of Hoa Binh is set at about VND21,000 billion, and the profit-after-tax target is set at VND1,100 billion in 2018.
